Terms of service

Effective September 4, 2026

DueLoop is an online software service operated by WESTCHESTER SAFETY LLC.

The service

DueLoop provides subscription software that helps recurring-service businesses track service due dates, send operational customer reminders, and record repeat bookings. DueLoop is a workflow tool, not a compliance, legal, safety, accounting, or official recordkeeping authority. Account holders remain responsible for verifying dates and meeting applicable requirements.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, keep login credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring authorized users follow these terms.

Customer data and communications

You retain responsibility for information you upload. You may contact only people with whom you have a legitimate business relationship or other lawful basis, and you must honor opt-out requests. DueLoop may not be used for purchased lists, unsolicited marketing, unlawful content, or sensitive health, authentication, or payment-card data.

Subscriptions and billing

DueLoop Standard costs $14.00 USD per month. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the interval displayed before purchase until canceled. Taxes may apply. You authorize our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide. See our cancellation policy and refund and dispute policy.

Promotions

Any trial, discount, or promotional offer is governed by the terms shown with that offer. Unless stated otherwise, promotions are limited to one per customer, cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, and may be withdrawn where abuse or ineligibility is identified. The standard price applies after a discounted period unless the offer says otherwise.

Availability

We work to keep DueLoop available, but reminder delivery can be delayed or blocked by recipient systems and is not guaranteed. We may modify or discontinue features, perform maintenance, or suspend accounts that create security, legal, payment, or deliverability risks.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, DueLoop is provided “as is” without implied warranties. DueLoop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the fees you paid to DueLoop during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they apply only to the extent permitted.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions can be sent to support@dueloop.net.
