Refund and dispute policy

DueLoop is an online software service operated by WESTCHESTER SAFETY LLC.

Subscription charges

DueLoop includes a 14-day free trial and does not require a card for that trial. After you choose a paid plan, the Standard subscription costs $14.00 USD per month and renews automatically until canceled.

Refunds

Subscription fees already charged are generally non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods, except where required by law. If you believe a charge was duplicated, incorrect, or unauthorized, contact us within 30 days so we can investigate. When we approve a refund, it is returned to the original payment method.

Disputes

Please email support@dueloop.net before filing a payment dispute. We will review billing errors promptly and provide relevant subscription or cancellation records. This does not limit any rights available through your card issuer or applicable law.

No physical returns

DueLoop sells access to an online software service. No physical goods are sold or shipped, so there are no returns or shipping refunds.
