DueLoop is an online software service operated by WESTCHESTER SAFETY LLC.

Information we collect

DueLoop stores account information such as your name, business name, email address, authentication records, subscription status, and support correspondence. We also store the customer, service, due-date, and reminder information that account holders choose to upload, along with reminder delivery and attributed-booking activity.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure DueLoop, authenticate users, process subscriptions, deliver requested service reminders, provide support, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and understand service performance. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and disclosures

DueLoop relies on service providers for hosting, databases and authentication, payment processing, and transactional email delivery. They process information on our behalf to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the service or its users, or as part of a business transfer.

Account-holder responsibilities

Businesses using DueLoop control the customer records they upload and the reminders they request. They are responsible for having a lawful reason to use that information, keeping it accurate, and honoring customer opt-out requests.

Retention and choices

Account holders can correct or delete individual customer records in the product and can request account deletion by emailing support. We retain information while needed to provide the service, satisfy legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. Limited backup copies may remain temporarily through normal recovery cycles.

Security

We use access controls, encrypted network connections, tenant-level database policies, and established infrastructure providers to protect information. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so account holders should use a unique password and protect access to their email account.

Children

DueLoop is a business service and is not directed to children under 13.
