Cancellation policy

DueLoop is an online software service operated by WESTCHESTER SAFETY LLC.

Cancel any time

You can cancel from the DueLoop dashboard by selecting Manage billing and then canceling the subscription in the secure billing portal. You can also request help at support@dueloop.net.

When cancellation takes effect

Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless stated otherwise during cancellation, paid access continues through the end of the current billing period. Automatic reminders stop when paid access ends; your existing records remain available subject to the Terms and Privacy Policy.

Trials

The 14-day app trial requires no payment card, so it does not automatically become a paid subscription. If you do not upgrade, automatic reminders stop at the end of the trial.

Refunds

Canceling does not automatically refund a charge already processed. Review the refund and dispute policy or contact support if you believe a charge is incorrect.
